- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery;
- Intimate apparel, underwear, and hygiene-related products for health and safety reasons.
3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning items because of:
- Change of mind;
- Ordering the wrong item;
- Ordering the wrong size;
- No longer wanting the item.
Our Responsibility
We will cover the return shipping costs if the item:
- Arrived damaged;
- Is defective;
- Is incorrect;
- Is significantly different from the product description.

8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow this Return & Refund Policy.
9. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:

- Incorrect items.
For all other situations, customers may return the original item and place a new order.
