8. Order Processing and Shipping

Our daily order cutoff time is 17:00 Pacific Time.

Orders placed after the daily cutoff time may begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Standard shipping within the United States normally takes approximately 5–8 business days after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

The estimated overall delivery time is generally 6–11 business days from successful payment confirmation.

9. Shipping Destinations

Niluoshi currently ships products only to eligible delivery addresses within the United States.

We do not currently ship outside the United States.

We also do not currently ship to:

• P.O. Boxes;
• APO/FPO addresses;
• International freight-forwarding or package-forwarding addresses;
• Addresses that cannot be verified or serviced by the applicable shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

10. Shipping Charges

Our standard shipping charges are:

• Orders below $25 USD: $8 USD standard shipping;
• Orders of $25 USD or more: Free Standard Shipping.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

11. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before the order has been processed or shipped.

Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible to:

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

After shipment, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Customers should contact Niluoshi before sending a product back.

Please do not send a return package to an address unless that address has been provided or approved by Niluoshi customer service for the applicable return.
